Hello.
I've recently bought a Sony TA-FB940R Integrated Stereo Amplifier. It worked well until I decided to move it to another room. The thing is when I turned on the amplifier, a transistor burnt out because one of the speakers black and red wires were touching, so it short circuited. The transistor which is blown is "J200 PY 4D". But it seems that I can't find a proper replacement. If I buy a "J200" transistor with slight difference in other readings from the original, for example- "J200 PY 9K", will it still be working? By the way, I tried to find a meaning for those other readings, but couldn't get it in any of the specification tables I found :(
The blown trasistor can be seen in the attached picture.
Hoping for some help, as I am keen on fixing it by myself :)
