8x MicPreamp

Hey people,

here is my situation:
I'm using a RME audiointerface in live situations (I'm keyboard player). In the future I want to do my own mixes for the inear-monitoring. The RME only has two micpreamps and I don't use a 19" rack to add more preamps in the traditional way. Because I'm fan of DIY, I want to build it by myself.

I want to keep the costs as low as possible. I read much about the INA217 preamp. Do you think, this suits my needs? I need at least eight preamps and also phantom power on all channels. Do you have a recommendation? I'm able to etch the PCBs by myself. If you can guide me to an already existing and working PCB layout, I'll be happy too.

Thank you very much and best regards from Germany,
Chris
