This unit came in with a cutting out fault!
After strip the unit down and looking at the amp stage I found poor soldering on the out transistors plus the bias transistor was not even bloted to the main heat sink. So after refitting the unit back together it was time for a power out put test... This unit is meant to be 350rms at best it was out putting 98w at 8 ohms and 4 ohm just over 150w before the clip led came on!
So how is it they are rated at 350rms!
