This may seem too simple but most of the time with these kind of "everything-soldrered-on-the-main-board" mixers, the XLR output connectors solders cracks under stress.
In this case, only reheating the output connectors solders will cure the problem.

But this is not the problem.
All inputs work, but when send to the outputs something is missing on the right side.
The build in 1Khz oscillator is handy to trace the signal, but with those very compact double sided PCB's it's very difficult to find the problem.
