I would like to ask how is formula to calulate SNR (Signal To Noise Ratio) in dB?

I get this plot of NI (Noise Input) and NO (Noise Output) diagram and a im attaching Noise Spectral Density.txt that is expored from CircuitMaker using 250mVp and 1kHz sine input...i need to get 111,2228dB SNR but i don't know how to calculate it using simulated noise txt file....

From another simulator TINA-TI i get Total Output Noise 2,747u so using formula:

SNR = 20 log (2,747u) = -111,2228 dB but i could not know how to get total noise from CircuitMaker...i get only:

Input Noise: 239,88e-18
Output Noise: 7,3453f (that is same as 7,3453e-15)

So how to calulate Total Noise from Input And Output Noise so that i can then calculate SNR or is there another way?
