I have the

Dayton Audio TIT400C-4 15'' Titanic Mk III Subwoofer 4 Ohm
I have a ton of room for a box, I need it for a HT system. I can make the box laying down and be 8 to 10 feet long and as high as 30” or more and anything like 22” to 30” deep

The solution is simple: a labyrinth. Using a cross-section maybe half the driver surface, maybe 20 feet long, with the exit port as far from the driver as you can. Stuff with stuffing from a few pillows.

Nothing will reach lower in frequency with a bit extra oomph at 23 Hz or with less tuned notes or cleaner. Just what you want.
