TPA3116D2 - Protection
 
I want to shake my walls. Want louder sound with more BASS.My speakers are 4 ohms

1.Can this little 2.1 subwoofer board can do this?
2.What is the correct power supply to use?
3.Do I need a speaker protection ? Will it burn my expensive speakers when output stage falls?

Going to buy this..!!

More bass than what? What are you currently using as an amp?

At 24V bridged mono mode into 4 ohms you'll only get 72W max sinewave power. The headline figures should be taken with a pinch of salt.

Speaker protection is your decision really. If the speakers cost more than the protection module, its worth considering.

Very NIce information.I read the full article.I'll do these on my board.

1)Remove C40 (1nF) Capacitor
2)Change the Torodial inductors to 10uH high current ones.

Will the sound becomes much better?

Definitely yes.

Point1) Less heat of Sub-woofer channel and sound fidelity will be better.
Point2) High Frequency Response be flatten at Low Impedance Loading.

This amp has some minor errors in design, but can be easily solved by inserting voltage regulator instead of RC filter for supply of the NE5532.
Also this amp can deliver 100W on 2 ohm bas speaker, the TPA3116 for bass speaker isn't in bridge mode, but in mono parallel mode (read data sheet of the TPA).
So if you want 100W output on bass output you will have to have 2 ohm speaker, or two 4 ohm speakers connected in parallel. L and R speakers should be 4 ohm speakers. With 24V power supply it will deliver what is written. AMP is designed according the datasheet for TPA3116D2 but with implemented high & low active filter.
It sounds very good.

Btw, one of the best things you can do with any of these differential input class-d chips - use an input transformer. Monacor LTR110 or something from Lundahl, Neutrik, etc. 1:1 600Ohm:600Ohm.
Get rid of any opamp and directly couple the secondary transformer side using the recommended DC-blocking capacitor to the inputs.
Doing so, you'll improve EMI, Turn On/Off plops, etc.

The boards that I have enjoyed have been Bluetooth 5.0, with digital volume, and a digital equalizer built in to accommodate different speakers etc.
After reading through some of the incredibly long and repetitive threads on the tpa3116 boards, I noticed that often the ones that have issues with hissing and humming have been those that have op amps on board, volume pots, or share their power supply/grounds with the external source.
