Forgive me, but I think, you´ve misunderstood something. I/V resistor is used on i.out dacs (current output like TDA1541). The Soekris koncept is a v-out dac with output on a line level, and as so doesn´t need any amplification. If you still insist on playing with tubes, then just do a cathode follower on the output to reduce the out imp. further. Since this has no gain, it doesn´t really matter what tube you use. The output capacitor will have bigger influence on the sound characteristics.
