As far as I am aware they are just straightforward reflex boxes of the same volume & tuning Fostex suggested in their plan sheets, albeit with the HxWxD dimensions slightly altered. In many cases, you'll likely do better with different volumes & tunings -Fostex's BR designs can be (not invariable) somewhat idiosyncratic, at least by Western lights.
Note that all of the drivers referred to are defunct. The FExx7E series was discontinued, while the FExx6E series was replaced by the current FExx6En series. The higher Q drivers Fostex currently produce, which are more suitable for reflex loading than the En series drivers, are the FFxx5WK models.
