recommend variable power supply kit (0-30V) for audio

I do some soldering but not good with schematics. I have several amps that require more than 12DCV (D-amp, chip-amps) and interested in building a kit that have variable voltage output.

I am guessing 3Amp is enough, could someone recommend a hobbyist kit that can be used?
