always be Written: IRF530 or IRFP252 not: IRF 530 or IRFP 252

Now I had to make two "search" to get
IRFP244 and
IRFP 244
it is a hard work to use "SEARCH" here at diyaudio,
but it is something ALL should LEARN to do!
