for my untrained eye , first thing I spotted is multiplied Vgs for same currents , vs. sort of reference Semisouth SJEP120R100
(besides that , they look similar)
that makes several things trickier
however , one can be sure only with part on test-bed ,and getting proper set of lines , in area of most interest to us - voltages up to 50 and current up to 5-10

Just asking. Seems like a copy of the c2m080120d to me. Curious about any advantage a newly introduced device may have.have something on mind , or simply asking ?
I think enhancement. Idss 100 uA, Vgsth 2.8 V, not Vp.isn'd D in that one - for depletion ?...
