F5 T V2 uses transformer with 24V secondary to get 32V DC...

Canada household voltage is 125V, and transformers I intend to buy have 2 options:
-primary 2X115V secondary 2X22V, the actual secondary will be 125/115*22= 23.91V;
-primary 2X115V secondary 2X24V, the actual secondary will be 125/115*24=26.08V

Which transformer is better suite F5 T V2?

The maximum voltage across the smoothing capacitors can be a lot higher than 32Vdc.
This is particularly so when the amplifier/s is/are disconnected, or the bias is turned down to zero.
Expect upto 39Vdc.
Don't use 35V capacitors, either 40Vdc which are not so common, or 50Vdc which is a standard voltage.
