What amp are you referring to? There is an A40 and an A75. Perhaps you are referring to the Aleph 60? I think you can find info on that at www.volksamp.com. Check under "products" and "service manuals."

The early N.E.W. amps were based on the A40 which
appeared in Audio Amateur in 1978. I gave Mitch
Freidman permission to use the design, but found my
generosity abused, and I spent a lot of time dis-
associating myself from N.E.W.
Subsequently they made battery powered amplifiers,
but I don't have information on them, and as far as
I know they have ceased as a business.
