I doubt there will be enough difference to worry about but...
If you applied an idenical signal to both chanels any difference
in gain would show up berween the output of channel 1 and the
output of chanel 2. Here you could even use a speaker connected
between the output of channel 1 and the output of channel 2
as a VERRY sensitive indicator any difference in gain between
channels.
