Hi, I need an alternative for a LED in a BIAS cct in SONY amplifier. Existing LED is a SEL1501C, not made any more.
Attachement has SEL1501C datasheet at the top and I think a suitable replacement below.
Most seem to have an IF of 20mA@2V these days, need to to be 10mA at 2V.
Is this a suitable alternative?

The SLR56VR Vf comes in lower,
I'll keep to the square ones I found in my spares that matches the RED LED on the "working" channel.
Very useful having a Peak DCA75 with its trace facility. Not definitive, but square LED found in my stock should be a good replacement.
