Jianghai Capacitor Co., Ltd
does someone of you ever got to use them ?
are good or crap?
...by visible inspection they seems realy economics and crap

YOU don´t know them.
Why would you, you are not related by any means to any Industrial heavyweight manufacturers.

But *these* know Jianghai:
Schneider , Emerson , Siemens , ABB , Rockwell, Fuji, Inovance , APC , Eaton , Huawei , Delta , Inventronics , Samsung , Panasonic , Sharp , LG , Haier , Hisense , Mitsubishi , Hitachi , Otis , Kone , Ge .... I´m tired of typing.

The large corporations have time and facilities to source good components at low prices from China. DIYers do not have this luxury. Indeed the components offered to us may be those rejected by the giants.

Or they could be no-name junk caps dressed up to look like Jianghai.

The caps will have a type number printed on the shrink wrap sleeve.

Use this to identify relevant data sheet.

Exactly. Imho you can trust data sheets more than anecdotal reports on internet forums. Fact is, these brands produce a wide range of quality so the name of the company does not tell much about quality. It just depends on the money you are willing to spend. Anyway you have to look at the specific series data sheet to evaluate quality.
