Until now I haven't had an amplifier, where this parts was used in the output stage. Thus I would like to know, in which commercial audio amplifier models this power BjT was used.
Maybe this series was already after first release only a short time in production.

Yes, I will try to find the genuine power devices and the associated RCA datasheets next week for posting the images here.Are you sure these were RCA, that is a European part number?
The Inchange data sheet says for high voltage and high power amplifiers, which does not automatically mean audio, they might have been used in servo amplifiers.
RCA registered a lot of their transistors in the European system. Presumably to sell more devices in Europe. I've not seen the BD750/1 used, but they were similar to MJ15003/4, i.e. 4MHz-ish epi parts according to the '84 edition of the power handbook.

ft looks the same as MJ15003/4.
