PC mount 9 pin minature tube sockets

Any opinions on these board mount sockets ?
They vary a lot in price.

Bakelite, plastic , ceramic of various styles.

Which is the best?

Define "best". My preference is for mica loaded phenolic, which has some vibration damping capability.

I like the Belton sockets. But use an old tube to loosen the socket up. They're very tight for the first few insertions.

Best as good price/performance ratio.

So if tube is $12 then socket maybe $3 in quantity.

I'll second the recommendation for Belton. I use them in my current projects and find them a cup above the inexpensive Russian and Chinese made sockets I used before.
