The Nuance II seems to have a reflex port on the front though, and the 17w-75xl seem to have a normal dome, not inverted.

Having disassembled (and reassembled) these; I KNOW that the "woofers" (100 mm woofer?) are in fact Peerless. But not one that Peerless offers to DIY.
Don't shoot the messenger, but WVUHOTROD, you shouldn't be so definite. These are definitely NOT Dynaudio. First, these are 19 mm not 28 mm. And no, these are not the D19AF. Given the retail price of the Arro - how could any manufacturer justify Dynaudio tweeters?!
I'll let you all have more fun trying to figure out the tweeter.
BTW, not every OEM driver is made available to the DIY market. In addition, many OEMs remain diplomatic about who they supply. Further, many speakers companies (and other AV companies for that matter) that claim to have a proprietary in-house designed driver or whatever, merely ticks off the boxes on the order form to the OEM.

They sound like a minimonitor. Not bad for small room, nearfield listening, with good sound stage and image at low levels. Quite nice to look at. Very good fit and finish, but rather lightly built. Really needs more bass. High bass distortion and very limited dynamic range if playing full range. Much better with a good subwoofer.
