There is no such thing as a room's 'lowest acceptable frequency', though there are of course resonant modes that will affect response in both a positive and negative fashion. If what you're referring to is the frequency below which cabin gain exists that would be at about a half-wavelength, which is speed of sound divided by longest dimension/2.
