A friend of mine in the UK wants to build a 3 way active loudspeaker system, woofer a 10 inch Dayton, midwoofer a 6 inch Dayton and an AMT tweeter also from Dayton, he is not very good at working with wood/mdf, he would like to buy a flat pack kit, does anyone know where to get this in the UK,

There's also falcon acoustics and kjf with some kits.
I don't know of any UK retailers that stock dayton. Soundimports. EU in netherlands may be best bet. Dayton seems to score very highly for value if you're buying in North America but elsewhere less so due to being pricier.
May be easier to pay a carpenter.

Wilmslow audio, a shop I visited often in the 80's, their kits are very expensive, I can have the flatpack made in the Netherlands by HMR Audio, the guy running that is family.....
But Brexit made shipping to the UK very expensive, that is why I asked.

tojoko, if you have accurate drawings and it's basically a rectangular cuboid box, there are plenty of places to get boxes cut. For example small kitchen and cabinet shops that do custom install work. In my city there are a couple of shops that specialise in cutting to wood for small custom installs within larger jobs, the sort of stuff they normally don't do. All you do is send them off the cut sheets and they will cut the boards accurately on a large saw bench. Surely here is not the only city in the world that has such?
However, I'd go to the small cabinet maker shop first. Money is tight because of stupidvirus and there'd have to be a bunch of places that would be happy for an hour or so's work.
