I also had generally good experience with them. I ordered items that were not on stock twice (like 1 in stock but I need two). First time it took two months, the other one about 3. They seem to order directly from manufacturer, so they need to accumulate a bigger order, thus delays.
I didn't try to return something though. I believe that's where most problems arise.

Great service from Toutlehautparleur with multiple orders.
I've also used Wilmslow Audio (UK), Blue Arran(UK), Falcon (UK), Hifisound.de, Oaudio.de and spectrumaudio.de as well.
Only one I've used and would not recommend is BMM/Europe Audio, terrible.
