hi members
finally get my active 3 ways done as shown .. but not the end of the story yet 😀
now i am stuck with the placements of these big bulky enclosures ... actually thought of building one from scratch but happen to get these speaker enclosures for free ... my friend that was kind enough to give it to me (original speakers blown)
first few photos shown where the originally intended location of the speakers to be ... but i ran into thin sound stage problem having the vocal is not so clear. However if i listened to one of the speaker right in front of them or far away from the actual listening positing(the chair) ... the vocal reveals its clarity and overall sound was very well balanced.
Now i am stuck with the new odd position of the speakers having need to toe in them 45 degress to make them sound acceptable at my listening position. BTW i also played with the Equalizer APO to raise up the vocals a little. FYI the speakers were active biamped. And EXCUSE ME for the wiring mess.. !!! 😀😀😀 especially the amplifier 😀😀😀. room just being through renovation process and the chassis for the amplifier is not ready yet ... will be getting it done soon. 😀😀😀
My question is there any other alternative positions for floor stander speakers to make them sound acceptable in a small room?
thanks

yes it is my listening position ... if i shove the speakers back where to the first and second photos to where they belong the vocal will be sound muddy and not clear ... however the current location (3rd photo) they sounded ok ... any other alternative locations possible?
and i still need to cater another location for the 12inch subwoofer

The tweeters want to be at ear height. Can you get them behind the desk in the corners angled at about 45 degrees?

you mean i should raise up the speaker enclosure height till the tweeter level is the same height as my ear level?
ok i will get it done ... need to find some right height stands ... thanks ... when i am done i will share the results
Update ... With these stands and move the speaker back to their original position and have them raised up tweeter level to ear level ... The sound was so clear with the vocal so warm and rich ... Bass boominess were also gone now with clean tight bass ... Thanks so much for the idea ... Photos shown how they look now

That's good news. As well as getting the tweeter more inline with your ear, lifting the bass speaker off the floor means the floor is no longer acting as a baffle and increasing the bass output
