I've not seen any applications so far with LPADs where a Zobel was required.

Zobels are useful when a driver is connected directly to a passive crossover network in order to assure that the load impedance presented to the network remains relatively constant in the passband and stopband of the network.

Sometimes, even when attenuating several dB the resonance peak has a significant effect with tweeters. I sometimes find it useful to do both. On the other hand, when measuring and simulating, the answer should be clear.. Whatever works is OK. In my case I have a reason, it allows simpler changes free of the irrelevant impedance effect. Otherwise, keeping it simple is good too.
