Beyma 15XA38Nd network

Hi, a project as grand as this one deserves proper measurements, then simulating, don't you think so?
What is the name of the Beyma filter you had in mind? Aren't these simple calculator based only?

A natural course of action is like this, find a measuring program to produce impedance (TSP) and FR plots. Then base your enclosure tuning in accordance with measured TSP. Afterwards, build the enclosure as if it were a final iteration, then put the unit and measure again impedance and FR. These files would have all the information needed to feed the crossover simulator and then approach to designing a filter. Is this something you can visualize yourself doing? It is not hard, really.

Hi Lojzek, I am not capable of measuring and tuning... except maybe with my ears 🙂
But I love to work with transducers... made some experiances with fullrange... there you dont need crossovers 🙂
Here is a scetch of my idea... ca. 1000mm high, 500mm wide and 460 deep
