Suitable mids for a 3 way (with 2x Esoteric ES180's)?

So I picked up 20 of the clearance ES180's for $80 ea.

4 will go in the car doors, the rest I'd like to try a variety of 3 way builds with different mids. Tweeters, either Viawave GRT145 or RT850 (depending on mid)

Shortlist
12mu Scan 4 ohm
Various Accutons inc 5" cell (possibly S/H)
Audience A3 if I can find a pair
added a pair of Dayton CF120's which I will compare out of interest

Any obvious ones I'm missing..

Will need to set the Esoterics quite low down in the cab for floor coupling and therefor plan to cross around 300 to 350hz max.
Also need to consider acoustic centres etc, not too deep a cone.

I'd cross it steep at 300-400Hz but not lower than that. Distortion rises below that. I can post measurements from Hobby-HiFi and Klang&Ton if you'd like ?

Oh yes, that would be great. I am in the process of building an enclosure for
the 1337's as a dedicated mid range. I had in mind a possible crossover of 380Hz, so I am glad to see it fits within your recommended range !

OK so pretty much decided on two builds based on these woofers, using different mids from Eton. One is a new 3" neo Symphony 'hex' and the other is the 4" Arcosia(both with phase plugs) This way I can use both Viawave ribbon models for each build.
