All my audio is now in the living room on a NAS with soon to be attached USB DAC etc. I love the look of tubes and would like a tube amp and matched speakers as my main audio stereo.
I do not know much about tube amps but noticed they are low wattage for price. I would like to have a unit in my hands for $300 or less and don’t mind a small amount of modding (and i mean small). EBay has quite a few and they all look similar.
Any recommendations?

You may have more success asking on a forum for people who buy amps rather than one for people who build amps.
