Hello,
I have just built a pair of speakers based on Woofer Vifa P17WJ-00-08 and Tweeter Vifa D25AG-35-06, 0.65 cu. feet, bass reflex (2x6.5 inch.), and acoustic fiber (1 inch) stuffing. Passive filter has a -3dB baffle step compensation (no more, so that sensibility doesn't fall too much). But bass response is low... (bass response of my 0.40 cu. feet Jamo's is higher...). How could I increase bass response? Any suggestion?
Thanks!
Gustavo

Full baffle step compensation will give apparently more bass.
An additional step forward would be doing it actively !
