Alternatives to speaker spikes?

Here you go. I bought these

Then I removed the balls and welded on these

Then I had them stripped of the chrome and replated copper

I'll mount them this weekend. I thing they turned out really good.
 
It seems that all the speaker feet out there are conical spikes...so who make something a bit different? Different shapes, different styles? What are the alternatives that are still going to look classy?
Any rubber/neoprene/elastomeric/ type foot will keep most subs reasonably stationary without digging holes in your floor like a conical spike.

If you really want the sub immobilized, use epoxy to cement it in place :^).
