Hi everybody, brand new to the forum, but this looks like my kinda place, Im looking to up the bass on my djing setup until I can afford powered speakers, so heres what I want to do , I have a Yamaha rx 350 household amp, kinda old, but definately a good amp, some miscellaneous household speakers which sound decent enough for the high end I also have two rockford fosgate punch p1's, I want to know what kind of stereo I can rob a crossover from, to seperate the lows for the subs or perhaps if I can get one cheap enough I'll pay for it (like really cheap, Im on a tight budget, also keep in mind that im not djing at a club or anything, just for my friends) is this even a good idea?:
You might wish to consider a plate amp to run the woofer. They are pretty cheap and have a built in crossover. This is CSS in Abbotsford BC.
