Hi everyone, I am really glad and excited to be a member here! I think I am going to learn a lot. 
I recently got myself a bargain on some decent second hand 5.1 speakers, but the amp was missing! So I am wondering what the heck I should do about that. I have done lots of reading.. but am still pretty clueless about what kind of amp I should buy or build so found myself registering here.
I have some electronic/soldering skills and have built myself things before like an ESR meter and am always using it to fix things!
My speakers are 4x125w + 250w dual centre and 250w sub.
Not sure how I would make an amp give double wattage to that centre though!
Anyway.. my setup is for a PC 5.1 for games and music/home cinema.
Any pointers would be amazing.. I don't really know where to start!!
