OK, you want to make your own transformer. Sorry I can't help with that, as I prefer to buy ready made ones. Life is too short. 
For v dimensions, look at the spec for v the Hammond 125ESE.
You also said above that you were using an EL84, which was confusing as well. For an EL84, you could get your dimensions from the Hammond 125DSE., which is a bit smaller.

I also recommend you have a look at the P1 eXtreme on AX84.com and the Tramp from Trinity Amps. They are both better versions of a "big Champ" type amp. You will need to register on Trinity Amp's forum before you can download the schematics.
