Do any of you knowledgeable folk have any specs on the mid 1990s Fender Blues Deluxe Power Transformer?
Part No: 047395
Export version, although I would assume that the US domestic one (P No:036958) would be similar spec.
I want to know whether the Tranny can handle an extra 2 x 12AX7 valves without stressing it.
Is there a spec sheet anywhere that covers the OTs & PTs used in Fender amps?
Thanks for any help you can give.
Noel.

Not that I am aware of. The part number specifies the transformer from Fender, and those are readily available both from fender and from after-market sources. I see equivalent part number cross references.

But if you look, you can find it. Here is your transformer, in the USA version. yes, the secondaries would be the same as the 240v version.

An Amp with two 6L6s and three 12AX7s expects the heaters to draw 2.7A (0.9+0.9+0.3+0.3+0.3). Asking an extra 0.6A is not asking much. They don't wind them that close to the current needed. Your amp is essentially the same as the Hot rod series, and in those, they added a heater fuse on the version III. the fuse is 6.3A. Your two extra 12AX7s will be happy.

If you were worried about B+ rather than heaters, both tube together will probably add only about 5ma draw from B+.

Note, the transformer in the link has a typo. The heater winding is rated 3.7 AMPS, not milliamps.

For other transformer, if I really need the specs, I look them up at the place I linked. They try to include specs. For example, comparable output transformer:
