Help with 600 Ohm Output Transformer

I came across a pair of small (10Watt?) output transformers with 5K primaries and 8 ohm and 600 ohm secondaries. These were harvested from an old R2R deck. I believe the 600s were intended for 'Line Out".

I'd like to build a small SE amp with these - maybe a Darling.

My Question is: Can I use the 600 ohm tap for a dedicated high impedance headphone jack?
