I've got a pair of Beyerdynamic DT-931's. I just replaced a driver, and the new driver is noticeably louder than the other, original driver. I'm not super excited about spending another $90 on a second driver, but I need these to work with systems that don't have a balance control. Is it foolish to consider wiring a little l-pad right into the ear cups?
