Hi Norman,

yes this driver sings still very well. I'm planning to implement a tweeter, it works nicely without, but the sweet spot is thight unless I toe the speakers in to a "isocele" configuration. When I do that the deepth of the stage comes to life, but the width is a bit shrinked. I would a sound that cames out the speakers, like left of the left speaker and right of the right speaker. I had this kind of stage with a W4 1320 in a MLTL.

The speaker starts to beam at 2Khz-ish, I wonder if the crossover frequency is better at 2K, or 5Khz to let all the "idiophile magic" of the voice, but there will be some lobbing problems between the dispersion of the FR and the dispersion of the tweeter.

Anyone did experiment FR + tweeter?

regards,
seb

Hi folks,
some measurements here. I've mesured it on a 70L BR 50Hz tuned, reverberant place.
