Hi ,
Does somebody use switched-mode power supply to feed power amp ? Specifically, I am interested in buck converters and looked in some of them - the ICs are cheap, the max current is large, it is very efficient, and the power supply is easy to produce. Specifically, I am intrigued by the parameters of LM5116: http://cache.national.com/ds/LM/LM5116.pdf stabilized output voltage up to 100V and max output current of 10A sound very exciting. Dimitar |
