No, but I think it is possible to use it to isolate the S/PDIF interface.
It is a digital circuit with a recommenden 0.7*Vcc/0.3*Vcc(MOS) 2V/0.8V(TTL) input voltage. But the hysteresis is 150mV so you might be able to drive it with the S/PDIF signal and a "correct" DC level BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT because it is VERY sensitive. Better is to use a comparator or something at the input to get a digital signal for the "iso".
The eay diagram jitter is specified to a few ns at 100Mbps. I have no idea how much jitter the "iso" will add to a S/PDIF signal. (A good S/PDIF signal should have a few hundred ps jitter....or less
