I2S and power supply for PI

As a PI's I2S works in slave mode , we give a new I2S into the PI , and output it with buff.

There are two TPS7A4701 and three LP5907 on the bord , input a 9V DC for them , power the PI across 40pin IO

MCLK is 11.2896/12.288MHZ when 44.1/48KHZ,the other samplerate 22.5792/24.576MHZ, from two low noise osc .
