PrimaLuna ProLogue Eight stop turning HELP!!!

Dear Friends,


Recently my PrimaLuna ProLogue Eight just stopped turning , when I insert a cd and close the tray the laser doesn't move and gives the message "no disc". Thinking that it could be the laser/transport unit I've bought a new -replaced it but no success, still the same message "no disc".


Any of you guys can help me on this?
