Hello you all
Yes i am investigating options to build a raspberry streamer with good old TDA1540 or PCM dacs. (non-OS but preferably higher sampling rates possible)
The glue logic for TDA1540 works that the same way around as the glue logic for PCM dac's ? Sorry for easy questions but i know for sure anybody here has done the same.

Use the board offered on AliEx.
It is even supplied with the right oversampling filter (SAA7xxx) and provides balanced simultaneous output. It can be operated Non-Oversampling as well.
Of course you can mess around with discrete logic and insist it sounds much better 😉 Just look over to the digital line level forum, there's a fresh thread about that.

Thanks for reply. Indeed i know the 1540 needs some curious signals to work around
