eBay TDA1541 DAC kit help?

I'm a long time lurker but this is my first post.

I bought this DAC kit from a Chinese seller on eBay thinking that it would be a straightforward and economical way of getting a TDA1541 based DAC with NOS + tube output mod possibilities in the future.

The seller's description for power supply requirements is as follows: "Power needs 3 way 1 pair of dual 15 (can be up to 22V) 2 single 7V (up to 11V) the whole machine free debugging"

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

I think I figured out the 2 x 7V winding (green and yellow pair of twisted leads) connections as pictured. But I don't know how to configure the 2 x 15V windings (blue and white pairs) for connection to the 3-terminal connectors.

I've built tube preamps and amps but I'm a total newbie with solid state/digital so I'd appreciate assistance.

Thanks in advance!

I connected the windings in series with the CT connected to ground
(center terminal) with the single blue and white on the outer terminals.
Did I get this right?

Maybe not, the mfr is user hostile. There is no way to tell
the correct phasing of the windings without a special test.

If one white and one blue are connected together to ground,
this may or may not work, there's a 50-50 chance.
The wrong connection will give close to zero voltage from end-to-end.
If this happens, reverse ONLY the two blue wires. Leave the two white
wires where they are. Then it should work.

I see you what you mean. I'll keep that in mind when I test.

Thanks a lot for the tip!
