Its a DDR3 memory interface, all data lines within a data lane have to be the same length within 50thou (1.27mm), 500thou between data lanes, then there are the clocks address and control lines, I'll be on it till my eyes give in tonight, then I may have tomorrow free. But each hour is a bit of extra money so I cant complain, just never seam to have any free time, which is not good!
