Compatible dac with I2S input?
I2S input CS4398 dac
Should these two components offer reduced jitter compared to other USB dacs?

This has the same USB receiver as the first device. If the CM108 outputs I2S directly to the CS4398 then using this with the Teralink would be redundant.
The 12MHz TCXO in this thing accomplishes absolutely squat. The CM108 IC still has a crap CMOS PLL onboard which generates 44.1/48KHz audio clocks, and the audio clock is ultimately derived from the rate which the PC is pushing samples at this converter.
$40 for the whole thing in a box (including a TCXO which costs about half that price in low quantities) is actually a great deal if you value the sum of the parts. But this isn't a high-end piece of equipment or anything.
So there's my armchair evaluation
