Help with zener diode #c125t

Good day I'm having trouble identifying the value of a zener diode #c125t it came out of a theloudest.com tL1023 class D amplifier in the audio section that's near the drivers on the side connected to the negative rail.
I've googled it the number is recognized but there's no information about it. I'm lost can anyone help, please.

Is there a good one in the other channel? If so, measure its voltage drop.

Unfortunately there is none on the positive side which adds to the frustration

If it's bad, cut both leads and post close photos of all of the markings on it.

Can you list all of the letters and numbers on the glass envelope?

That's the way its written on it

Should be a 12V 0.5W zener diode.
