Trying to find what component went on this board.

I have a small rf amp in front of me that stopped powering up. I noticed there is a small jumper between two ground plane halves. It’s marked NT1, but whatever was there is gone (burnt away). What would be the reason for dividing the ground planes with that device? I’m guessing just putting in a small jumper would not be the best of ideas. It’s a GB SR-4 that goes with the GB g4000 and I’m having a hard time locating a schematic.

Any thoughts?

So I figured out that it’s a net tie shorting two planes together. So should I be okay placing a piece of copper and soldering the two planes together? Something obviously caused the issue, but I found it.
