Amp without volume button

I'm building a bluetooth speaker and need to find out whether i can find an amp without a volume button but where amp gives a comand to the Phone to lower the volume every time it connects ( to be sure it doesnt starts of with the volume to high).
Needless to say that i want to build a speaker without any buttons, except on/off switch.
If that doesnt exist witch 100w mono amp with 'turn volume button' would you than recomand?
