irs2092 strange problem

hi everyone

I have two pcs of dx1000, both have problem with LO output at irs.You can see in attachments, TEK0000 is LO out and TEK0001 is HO. Pair of mosfets connecting to LO out are warming up very fast. I think both waveforms should be similar... can any one look at this schematic and check what can be to mess up? I change IRS, TC and mosfets - no results

What is the use of LED2?
Did you try to remove it?
Are you using the recommended power supply values?

Led2 is simple signalization of "POWER ON AMP". Yes I remove this led - nothing change, olso yes I using 2x95VDC.

I might have missed something but how is VCC supplied ?
If that is missing you wont get LO output.
If should be between 12 and 15 volts relative to B-.
