Wierd noise from E-bay board TPA3116D2 2.1

Hello fellow DIY's.
Does enyone have tried this board with my same problem? It has a noise like a tzztzztzzz-sound that differs when using the different pot's. It there something to do with
this annoying distortion that make this board a no-no for enyone that want's a bargin 2.1 D-Class setup?

Try another source and cable. Is the noise gone, wenn the inputs are grounded/shortedf? If so, add 100k from each In+ to GND at the input terminal. (maybe another 100p parallel C is needed as well)
